September Webinar - Different aspects of Dispute Boards in Latin America, UK and Middle East

This month Jaime Gray and Anna Laney will discuss the Dispute Board process and timing in Latin America, the UK and the Middle East. They will also cover the issues to consider when drafting and negotiating your contract, in relation to the dispute resolution process and how that will be impacted by a dispute board and/or arbitration.

This will be an interactive session with the opportunity to ask questions directly to two incredible speakers .
