Next May: Andrew Singer QC and Jessica Crow

Good Faith in NEC3 and Challenges for the Construction Supply Chain

"Challenges for the Construction Supply Chain Resulting from Climate Change and the Energy Transition" with Jessica Crow (Arbitra)

Jessica will begin our webinar by discussing how the energy transition, including the impact of regulatory instruments, has caused challenges for the construction supply chain. She will also discuss the need for supply chain actors to consider the regulatory environment in relation to climate change and the possibility of disputes regarding the allocation of emissions reduction risk and cost along the value chain.

"Good Faith in NEC3" with Andrew Singer QC (4-5 Gray's Inn Square)

Andrew will then discuss good faith obligations in the NEC suite of contracts, how they have or haven't been interpreted by the Courts and other tribunals and what the future outlook is.
