Alternative dispute resolution offers a viable and inexpensive alternative to either litigation, arbitration and adjudication. There are of course standard forms such as mediation, executive tribunal, mini trial and many others.
Whether provided for within your contract or not, it is an option open to any party to a dispute and is as applicable for international disputes as those based solely on English jurisdiction.
Our partners include a trained mediator and we have represented parties in many mediations, based on standard form and bespoke contracts. We have also acted in multi party disputes and advised and drafted settlement agreements.
