Reports on Title/Due Diligence
We understand the importance of listening, taking detailed instructions and agreeing the form of any report to be provided. We will agree timescales and costs and work with you and the lender at the outset to ensure these are appropriate and applicable.
We will carry out searches as appropriate to the property or properties involved, raise commercial property standard enquiries and any relevant additional enquiries, and draft or amend all necessary documentation.
Due diligence is more than just reading and summarising a series of documents. It is the link between clauses and between documents; it is the actual nature or intended purpose of the project itself represented in words and obligations.
We will set out our report on title in a way that is meaningful to you. We will not delegate the work to junior staff with legal knowledge but little commercial experience.
