Reports on Lease
It may be that you are taking over an existing lease, or have been given a form of lease which, for a variety of reasons, is non-negotiable, or that you do not want to negotiate.
A report on the terms of the lease may be all that is required, or it may be in addition to a full negotiation of the terms – once the terms are agreed the report will provide a clear summary of the main benefits and obligations contained in the lease.
Alternatively, if a report on the terms of the lease is all that is required then this can be provided as a stand alone document.
